Each Elvie Catch is made up of two parts - a Cup and a Skirt. The Cup is made from polypropylene, and the Skirt is made from food-grade silicone. Elvie Catch is dishwasher safe, BPA free and suitable for microwave, steam or cold water sterilization methods.

Are these breathable (with little holes to prevent thrush), or are they sealed when you're using them?

Hi there, Elvie Catch is sealed and does not have any additional holes to prevent leaks. We'd recommend removing the product every few hours to allow the nipple to fully air dry.

Would you be able to wear these over night or to go to sleep?? Do they leak?

I’ve worn them to sleep the last few nights and they have not leaked! I really thought they would. A tighter fitting bra overnight I found helps me sleep a little more soundly though- when I was wearing my looser overnight bra I woke up a lot worried they were leaking (they weren’t) but the tighter bra resolved that worry

Will these leak if you lie on your back?

They didn’t for me, just make sure they’re fully on breast, and secured with a form fitting bra.
