Assassin's Creed Chronicles - PlayStation 4 Standard Edition

It may not be the best game but I always wanted to play this game it was actually hard to find. It was fun like a game should be. I have proudly collected all assassins creed games for PlayStation. Might pass them on to my son one day

The Assassin's Creed Chronicles games are interesting. One one hand, they play as beautiful, stealth 2.5d sidescrollers, while on the other hand they can be repetitive, tedious, annoying games that like to test your patience.A note to those buying these as fans of the Assassin's Creed series. These are not very similar at all to the main line games, with no real resemblance besides the overarching story and a few cameo appearances. Just because you like Assassin's Creed does not mean you will like these games.Story: The story for each of the three protagonists is basic at best. Most center around the general stories of revenge, betrayal, and needing to find a mysterious object. Cutscenes generally just provide the justification for what is needed to do next, and only through the database's entries can you really flesh out the story. 3/5 stars.Visuals and Audio: The visuals for this game are very good. Each different story has a different location, and while the gameplay is generally the same, the environments differ from eachother greatly. Cutscenes are done in a comic-book style way with vibrant colors and ornate designs. Each environment is beautifully crafted and very detailed. As for sound, the noises sound realistic and authentic, although the odd one out will sound fake. Overall the visuals and audio are one of the better parts of the games. 4/5Gameplay: This is whether or not you will really enjoy this game. Some decisions were made regarding gameplay that can make the game very tedious and boring. If you didn't like following someone in the main line assassin's creed games, chances are you'll like it even less here. Do you enjoy instant fail stealth situations where it seems almost impossible at times? Even worse though is the combat. If you do happen to get spotted, the frustrating combat will make you want to reattempt the scenario so you don't have to go through the impossibly hard combat. (The combat itself isn't too hard, but the waves of enemies that come when you are detected makes it almost impossible to get out alive.)As far as the gameplay, the chronicles series isn't bad as a stealth game, being patient and waiting for the correct time to strike. However, if you come in thinking you can counter kill your way out of every situation, you are sadly mistaken. The platforming is also surprisingly well done, and the game functions well in that regard. 4/5Would recommend if: You're a fan of stealth games, you're patient, enjoy a challengeWould not recommend if: You would rather kill everyone, you get frustrated easily, and you play games to relax.

I got this trilogy pack on time and in excellent condition. All three of the games are fun and I am glad I got them! I also am glad they are rated T because they are more suited for a younger audience (and can still be enjoyable to any fan). I recommend this game. I also "love" Assassin's Creed Syndicate, which is my favorite game. It is rated M.

Good game

I'm playing it now and so far it's great. HEY I'M A ASSASSIN FAN. Keep them coming (smile).

If I wanted a Donkey Kong style game, I would have bought Donkey Kong. The game play in this Assassin's Creed series plays left to right along a path with little characters to avoid or kill. Very boring and frustrating to play, unless you like linear, predictable games. Very much unlike the immersive world of AC III and IV. Wish I would have done some research on this first. This is a very poor output for UBI Soft and the AC series.

Frustrating game(s) with cheap deaths galore especially in the India game and if your controls do not work as they are supposed to. It is enjoyable if you do not care to collect trophies. If you have OCD and trophy hunt, be warned! Sometimes controls do not work as they are supposed to as per usual with Assassin's Creed games.

I haven't finished the game, as my PS4 isn't really good due to its constant overheating. But this is a nice game for a good price if you want it.

Ya tenía la trilogía en formato digital, pero la quería en formato físico, como siempre con amazon llegó en tiempo y forma.
