I've tried from very high end to budget bargains and this eyeliner takes the cake by far! It's the most waterproof I've eved tried. It lasts all day without smudging. It's a true deep brown or jet black color depending on which you order. While I wouldn't call the eyeliners "bright," I would say the brightness comes from the vivid, consistent color and ease in which it glides on. It's matte, easy to apply, consistent, great for tight-lining, efc. This is the only eyeliner I've found that is truly waterproof, lasts all day, doesn't bleed, and is so easy to apply.
