DELICIOUS Avgolemonou
This is the most delicious soup! It's the great Greek soup Avgolemonou in a can. Squeeze another quarter lemon into it for best effect, but this is WONDERFUL!

Greek soup is delicious
Very tasty soup. It's not loaded with chicken but as far as Avgolemono soup goes it is delicious. If you add chicken (like we do), let it sit over night so it absorbs the flavor. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon and you'll be in heaven.

Exorbitant cost, mediocre taste, just canned chicken broth
Trust the low reviews, what an expensive ripoff. Get a can of chicken broth and add a fourth cup of orzos and a bit of reconstituted lemon juice and it will taste better. This soup doesn’t even resemble Greek style which has whipped eggs and some chicken pieces. Cans are dented in shipping, no bubble wrap . I really was misled about this product.

It's pretty decent soup
It's not the best Avgolemono soup I've ever had but for a canned soup, it's not too bad. Not sure I'd purchase it again, but it would worth it to try it. The flavor is lacking a bit, and it's not as thick as I am used to from our local Greek restaurant.

This soup is delicious! I first purchased this soup at our local Greek festival. I do wish it wasn’t so expensive. I’ll try to find it at a more reasonable price somewhere else.
