Q: Does this phone work using wifi calling with a bt sim?

Q: is there a way to mute the phone?

Dear Customer, There's not really a silence mode listed in the menu but the user can turn the ringtone volume all the way down to 0. To change that: 1- Press and hold on the menu key (on the phone's right side) 2- Settings > Sound 3- Select "Ring Volume" and use the navigation keys up/down if the user wants to vibrate for calls, there's an option in the same menu called "Also vibrate for calls" that can be activated/deactivated with the OK button. Q: Is it possible to attach an external keyboard (usb/bluetooth) to this?

Not that I found. It purely has the ability to call 3 preprogrammed phone numbers. These 3 numbers can only be set up through the methods set out in the instructions to prevent accidental accessing of the setup feature. (Via hidden buttons/codes)
