Bought 2 one for me and another for a friend. Difficult to understand at first but you need to press and hold for a split second and then works. Gets very warm quickly and really helps with my bad neck. Same with the second. Doesn’t look like much but is really worth the money

Well now got mine, nothing like the advert, no coverage so would have to hold it and sit right on top of a power source as the cable is so short. It's a joke. Shouldn't be advertised as it was.......disgusting!
