Lavender - Bergamot Pocket Travel Size Lotion Bar

I actually love this tin of skin softner ...Ahhh..it smells like heaven, (lavender repeles a lot of bugs) easy to hold, a travel sized container, very cosmetic bag friendly. HOWEVER.. this darling will NOT last daily use if time is of the essence. Don't rely on it for extended use. Do rely on a weekend backpack emulsifier and a long term purse comforter, but when the manufactures says don't use too much if you really need long term reliability, have a fail safe... like 4 or 5 tins. I choose lavender. A natural itch deliver, bug repellent and a scent of heaven.

This is my first experience with a lotion bar. I love the scent of the Lavender-Bergamot bar; it's pleasant but not overwhelming. It feels a bit "tacky" when I pick up the bar, but it smooths out and absorbs almost immediately when I rub my hands together. My hands have never felt smoother, and this has worked wonders for cracked skin at the corners of my nails. The little box is lovely and fits perfectly in the pocket of my knitting bag. I will be buying this again for myself, and probably for gifts as well.

Alright, so honest review, Ive used this fora few weeks and Im conflicted. It smells okay, its tiny (obviously as its a sample/mini carryable) but im not finding it making my skin magically softer like others were saying? The moisturizing is an honest 7 and the value im unsure is worthwhile for how much you genuinely would need to use this even with a full bar. I love the idea but it doesn't last a long time, and i find im better off using caster oil or shea butter straight to have the desired lasting effect. so 4 out of 5 stars, i love the idea, it does work for a quick fix in your bag for those like me who need immediate relief of dry hands from excessive handwashing or the elements but im not sure for every day use on its own. Which is rough cause i reallllllly wanted this to work how many others were saying it helped them.

I have tried other solid lotions, but I like that this one has a mild fragrance. Another brand gave a friend an asthma attack because the scent was so strong! This one is very moisturizing and feels so soft!

First off the smell is very off putting. All I smelled was the lavender, no bergamot. Second, this *does* contain lavender essential oil but it also contains lavendin essential oil. I'm allergic to lavendin. So I couldn't use it. Even sitting beside it was enough to irritate my sinuses. Although I wouldn't have wanted to use it after smelling it anyway. It wasn't worth returning so I threw it away. Hoping to be able to clean the tin so I can use it though.

At my workplace, we are supposed to use certain dedicated lotion that does nothing to hydrate my skin. I’ve started carrying this with me to the delight of my hands, forearms and elbows. It wasn’t long before my coworkers caught on and asked me about these. They were confused by the concept but everyone is impressed by their efficacy. Great product!

OMG I can’t say enough good things about this hand lotion bar!!! I love bergamot and lavender.It smells like heaven to me. I think everyone should try this novel way to carry around their lotion. In fact... I think l’ll put more on right now.

Small lotion bar smells great at first but doesn't last long. Size of the tin is perfect to carry in my purse. Lotion bar moisturizes just fine.
