Faber Neutron pro RO + UV + MAT +Copper Guard + PH Enhancer, 10lts, Suitable Upto 2500 TDS

I have been using Faber water purifier for years now. It’s an excellent product. Moreover the support for installation and service is very prompt and efficient. This new one was installed at 7 pm without any issues.

Good Product, Value for money but the most attractive feature Good for health

Installation is not really free as ₹250/- was charged under the garb of location being out of service area, when it was merely 35 kms away.Since I had purchased two units I was charged ₹500/- although installation was done on the same day.When I called Faber Helpline the Customer Care Executives were not able to provide any support much less any resolution or inform on the Company policies.Pathetic & careless customer support from Faber & poor Service Centre in Goa all which is unacceptable to any customer.Coming back to the product, it is value for money for the price notwithstanding pathetic service. When compared to my previous Aquaguard water purifier Faber has superior filtration, design, built quality at a very competitive price.There was a time when Aquaguard held an undisputed monopoly over home water purification systems& misused that monopoly by selling simple 3 stage UV purification systems at ridiculously exorbitant prices which is no more the case today. Aquaguard sold to me & continues to sell simple 3 stage UV purification systems for highly exorbitant prices.Today much more superior & advanced purification systems are available in the market at a substantially lesser price than that being offered by Aquaguard and this Faber product undoubtedly being one of them.

The water taste is good

It’s absolutely a worst product within 3 months of usage it stopped sending the outlet water out. We registered the complaint and the service is even worse than the product. They responded after 4 months and sent some locally technicians. He replaced the valve and left. It didn’t work after an hour and asked around 600 rupees. Later we got to know it costs only 150. Then we complained again later after 20 days another person comes and say that we should change membranes and other filters and svs motor. None of then can be claimed under warranty which will cost us around 5000. Our TDS was 500 not that much high to change membrane within 3 months. They said that since we used machine despite the problem that’s why it damaged the membrane but they don’t provide any solution when we approach the customer service. Had they have said on call not use the machine given my case , we would have turned it off completely earlier. But they took 4 month to respond. We didn’t know what was the problem. And the water also taste like borewell water when it was working fine.Never buy any faber products because the service and product quality are worst. Its all a marketing gimmick. A person from our place lodged a complaint against the company in consumer court and company was penalised by 1 lakh rupees.
