this will be my 3-4th time buying this system. i leave them in different places i take our 3 labs. perfect for pairing with up to 3 dogs(each collar gets separate stim/vibration, thru use of a slide switch. make sure you remember which dog is in the middle position, on each side(l-r), or the wrong dog comes running back pretty freaked out since i keep hitting the buttons on him, again and again... range is good, but i dont know how far it reaches. i try not to let my dogs out of sight, on beach, on field-all clear line of visibility. collars are waterproof, but best to wash off salt water after use, or it can corrode the recharge plug. it has a rubber cover, but sometimes is hard to get in position perfectly. probably best not to overcharge them, if they are stored for long time. but im not positive thats best practice. just a guess.

I use this product every time I take my beagles hunting. They have a good range and do a great job.

I love the d.t system. I bought one many years ago and when my new puppy chewed it up. I was forced to buy a new one. I did buy a different brand and that one broke after a month. Me getting upset i decided to go with d.t systems just because i loved it before and i had it for 7 years untill my puppy chewed it. I am very happy with d.t systems abd i know i will never go with another brand.

Range is good, operations are ok. The flap that covers the charging connector broke off after a couple of months. Now the vibrate button stopped working. I would expect more for $240 training collar that's is only 3 months old.

We had this same DT Training Collar but lost the transmitter. We seldom have had to use the shock side - mostly just the vibrate, but if she takes off after a deer or something it is nice to have the options. We obviously liked it enough to purchase the same thing again. Wish the transmitter had a GPS locator in it.

Great battery life and it works as expected. Great in the field, at home and at the park. Dog response well to it.

D.T. Systems 1820 H20 plus is a reliable product. I use it with my young Lab duck hunting/upland hunting. Works great in rain, water, snow. The vibrate option is great and let's your dog know what's coming if they dont correct their action. I have a D.T. flyway special that is close to 20 years old that still works!!!!! Reliable, Dependable
