Good value for the product.
Good product for the price. I purchased the 40" version as I wanted a little more room for my AR with an 18" barrel. I like the double zipper for access to the weapon and the 4 magazine pockets on the outside with velcro closures. There's another small zippered pocket near the front of the case. It's fairly small and shallow and I'm not sure what you would use it for- possibly a small tool or something. I like the thickness and density of the foam in the case itself and the should strap on the back of the case. I know over time some foams dry rot. Time will just have to tell with this. It seems very sturdy and well made, but I have not used it to actually transport my AR to and from the range, so I will update this review later to account for durability. I deducted 1 star because the case is advertised as 40" long, when in fact, it is 38.5" at best. It doesn't affect me very much because I actually wanted something closer to the 38" size, but if you have a weapon where you need the full 40", it's not going to fit.

Decent Case For Price
My wife bought this for me, since I needed a range bag for my Sig Saeur M400. The 40" case works fine, with a little extra room. The pouches for the mags fit my Magpul brand, although a little snug. For less than $40, it's an adequate case to at least get the rifle to the range and keep the dust out.

High quality soft case
This is a great soft case. I bought it for my S&W M&P15. With the 40" case, you do not have to collapse the stock to make it fit, which I prefer. It still wouldn't work with a fully extended stock, but it fits great if you prefer the stock to be partially extended.Pros:Quality stitching and materials. The padding is about 1.5" thick and is very sturdy. The zippers are thick and heavy duty. They are better than average from what you would normally find on a low-cost gun case. The case was shipped in a large box and it was not folded in half. Very happy about this fact. It looks like Amazon paid attention to feedback on the way they ship cases.Cons:Nothing really comes to mind. This is a good quality case for a low price. It's definitely no-frills. If you want MOLLE webbing and stuff like that, you won't find it on this case. If you just want a decent soft case to carry a single AR and don't want to spend a ton of cash, this is the case for you.

GREAT AR-15 CARRY CASE
I keep a Smith and Wesson AR-15 Sport in this case. It has a scope on it, and it fits nicely. The case has no internal straps to secure the weapon, but the fit is close enough than they are not needed. Nice padding inside. Outside, there is a carry handle, and a shoulder strap. Pouches for 30 round magazines (4) seem a bit skimpy material wise, but so far no rips. Nice velcro flaps. Good fit on my metal or plastic magazines. The zipper pouch is a snug fit ... I squeeze two 20 round boxes of ammo in there. With one loaded magazine inside with the gun, four mags outside in the pockets, and 40 rounds in the pouch, I'm pretty well loaded. The case is very well made, with stout zippers, and good stitching. The straps and fittings are sturdy. This case should last a good long time.

I bought this case for my patrol rifle. I have an EOTech sight on the top of my DPMS Oracle AR15. This rifle case does the job. I wish it was a bit taller so I could have a magazine inserted for "patrol carry." My AR15 fits in with or without the buttstock extended fully (20 in. barrel). There is a small zipper on the side where I store my sling and sight adjustment tool. I don't need it to hold anything else. Also, if you're going to put your AT15 magazine's in the pouches, I recommend buying some Magpul Magazine Grip Kits to get your mags out quicker/easier. They are cheap.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL IF YOU WANT A BASIC RIFLE CASE!!!
EXCELLENT Price, could use 1 more inch vertically, as the Ruger AR-556 I am using it with has a scope, and it is a little bit tight. The zipper closes it, but is slightly stressed with the scope attached. The zipper stitching seems quite well done. I'll update this posting if I notice any problems with the zipper... I could take the scope off, but the case doesn't have a handy place for it. Would have to keep in a separate box.The magazine pockets are a nice touch. A minor improvement would be to make the pockets thicker...could double up the magazines. The zipper pocket on the front is nice for some small items (laser bore-site, misc thin parts...documentation/reciepts.Overall, an INCREDIBLE product for the price.

Great case and very much worth the cost.
This case is perfect for an AR15 that has a collapsible stock and a 16” barrel. For it to fit the stock must full collapsed. It comes right to the edges but fits perfectly. It is also tall enough to have sights mounted on the AR. I really like the mag pouches and zipper pocket on the side. The zippers are of high quality too.

Well built bag, holds my ACR rifle well. Only issue is the pockets can hold only one mag each. Solid zippers.
