If you had a cesarean, you will use these in the hospital. They are comfortable against your scar area, and fit the extra long pads you'll also be using. I needed these after running out of the ones I received from the hospital after giving birth. I ordered the same size as the ones I got in the hospital, but these were tighter. I should have gone 1 size up, but they were slightly better quality than the ones from the hospital.

These were great for postpartum! They are very similar to the ones you get in the hospital and are comfy. I suggest getting them!

I bought these postpartum underwear thinking they would fit and do like the ones I had at the hospital after having my son, but when I got them and tried them on it was much different material and size was not at all what I expected. Even trying to stretch these underwear it was not the stretchy material. They fit super tight on my thighs and did not go all the way up to be able to place a pad to help support me after postpartum issues. I ordered a size up and there sizes have to be off. The hospital gave me some same size and they were comfortable not these. Did not return due to using two pair and after having surgery I was not able to go out to take anything to have it shipped back to the seller…so it was a loss.

These were the most comfortable panties & they fit amazing! After having a c-section, these were such a life saver, because they hit my stomach just right & didn’t bother my incision. They are super stretchy so the fit is nice too. Not super saggy like the undies you get in the hospital.
