It's very strong you can stand on it but i haven't tested it underwater the Foam is very hard to cut and doesn't cover top or bottom of box

Avoid, cheap foam.
Case is solid, but the foam is one block, its not split, its not very dense, so not sure how well it would take a heft knock. The foam is perfarated all the way threw the block, and there is no foam at the bottom of the case. So you have to remove the section in as big a chunk as possible, cut the bottom CM off and put it in the bottom of the hole. That is shocking!

Every element of this case is spot on. Working with the internal foam proved easier than I thought. I would recommend this case if you want heavy duty protection, as long as you have deep pockets.

Pour les dimensions du caisson étanche versus mes besoins, ce caisson répond à mes besoins amplement! J'ai un objectif 55mm, 300mm et un 600mm avec un manche fait maison, et le tout rentre facilement sans avoir à tout démonter! Je fais du canot-photo-camping, ce qui est idéal pour moi!! Je me suis même couché à plat ventre sur le caisson pour faire de la photo en canot, vraiment robuste!!! J'ai testé l'étanchéité, et je confirme que ce caisson est étanche! Au moment d'écrire ces lignes, je possède ce caisson depuis moins d'une semaine, donc je ne peux juger pour l'instant de sa durabilité, mais j'accordes une bonne crédibilité; je suis TRÈS confiant envers ce caisson! Pour donner un ordre de grandeur, deux fois plus petit que ce caisson, en avoir acheté un dans un magasin professionnel de photographie, il m'aurais coûté facilement deux fois le prix; donc, j'en ai vraiment pour mon argent avec ce caisson!!! En sommes, j'en ai vraiment pour mon argent et oui, JE recommandes ce caisson!!! :D

Great hard case. Would buy another
Nice case. I bought it to house some expensive heady functional glass that has a very awkward sculpture shape. Normal cases didn’t even almost fit but with three layers of foam I had room to lay the piece however I needed. The foam separates easy enough. Now my glass is safe and I can sleep sound
