I just ordered my second roll of this paper. It works well, comes in a large box, tears off cleanly and easily, and it has a good price. What more could you want?

I just reordered for the third time and I have found this parchment paper to be great. It is non-stick for about 98% of the time, with some minor sticking with high sugar content items that might caramelize while baking. This is just minor and really not an issue. I have also used it to wrap my brisket while cooking and it works great.

I'm now on my second box of this parchment paper. It's excellent. I initially bought it for two reasons: its size (15" wide, while a lot of brands are narrower) and 260 feet long (that's a lot of parchment paper!). Reason 2: the built-in cutter on the box. That's essential for any rolled paper. (Oh yeah, and Reason 3: it's just very good, sturdy, unbleached paper.) Before I bought this, the paper I had came in a box with a very slightly serated edge that did NOT cut the paper. Every time I tried to use It, it tore, and I got fed up. I had to finally resort to getting out a scissors to cut it every time I needed some. Enter Katbite! When I saw the cutter on the box and the size of this paper (and the good price) I immediately bought it. And, as I said, I'm now on my second box. I use parchment paper at least three times a week, sometimes more. Even at that rate, this box will last quite a while. When I finally do need more, I'll definitely stick with Katbite. (Great name, BTW!)

I keep parchment paper on hand at all times. If I make homemade rolls, I put them in a 9x13 casserole dish lined with parchment. If you make bread, either sweet or savory, cut a piece a little longer than the length of your bread pan. Then you can lift the bread right out. If you make a cake, cut a round piece for the bottom of the pan and the cake won’t stick. I also use it to roast vegetables. I get what I need for the year on Black Friday and Prime day. Good price and quality product.

So the paper itself is sturdy, great, nice thickness, pliable, wrap-able, i know the paper's on point. The cutting slide is nice But the darn box for the tube does NOT AGREEEEEEEE with me and my useless college degree. Even the metal fabricator in the house has cursed the tube design because its not the proper width to accommodate the tube of parchment paper itself so you have to hold the paper, on both sides to get a cut started and also continue to hold the paper from the side getting cut so it doesnt keep moving and give you a trapezoid rather than rectangle. I hope that makes sense because i barely made it out of geometry alive in high school.

Love this parchment paper. It tears perfectly and I love that it’s not bleached. It’s a good value for the amount you get.

This parchment paper is terrific! Easy to cut, works beautifully with food. A great buy, lasts and lasts.

I don't know how I ever lived without this parchment paper. It has a lovely waxy finish that food absolutely doesn't stick to. Keeps your pans clean too--Most of the time, I can just toss the used paper and put my pan away, it's so clean. I adore this product and highly recommend.

I had issues with the delivery of the product but the parchment paper is of a fine quality as far as I can tell. I haven’t really used it because I had to buy local due to delivery delays.
