I was good with the lower mcg but now it’s becoming ridiculous. Not up to standard it has dropped. I will be looking for a better product with higher quality/ mcg! Dissatisfied I have to look for another product to replace this one.

I had the sleeve surgery done. After a few months and wearing these, my labs have come back great. They do provide enough nutrition for me. The adhesive works great!

I used this patch + the one with iron. I absolutely loved that the doses of calcium & biotin were high enough I coul replace all with 1 patch. However, after that year, my blood work showed I was severely deficit in Vit D & C and low in several other vitamins / minerals. Recommend close watch of labs to make sure you are absorbing as everyone is different. Really miss using this convenient patch over many additional pills, tho!
