CNC's can cut through material and into the aluminum platen. This is from the manufacturer and works beautifully. All the holes lined up and attaching it was easy. It is flat which is important for these things

I was so happy to see another spoil board for my CnC router that was at such an inexpensive cost, and now I know how to level them this one will be good to go from the start.

This board is made extremely well. As I could not find one for "MySweety" 3020 CNC machine I purchased this board. The corner holes do not quite line up to the holes on my machine but I used it as a template for one I made. I will alter the corner holes of the Genmitsu spoil board to suit my machine. The multiple holes make it very easy to line up and fix down the workpiece, the measurements are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this spoil board.

Before purchasing this spoil board, I read several reviews that said that it was not accurate. I was concerned but purchased it anyway. The alignment of the holes and T-Nuts leave little room for error. I can see why some said that it wasn't correct. Maybe it wasn't for them. When I first tried to align it, I thought they might be right. But for me, it was correct, but the tolerance is very small so you have to be patient to get it aligned correctly. After that was just fine.

This is not designed for 3019 Pro ver 2 none of the holes line up, not even close. It is designed for the 3018 Prover probably but not version 2 I am going to have to do my own modifications to get it to work

Fit perfectly, unlike the one I bought previously for the prover v1, which I didn’t have.

Works great and easy to install. Does reduce the thickness of wood you can carve on though but I usually only use .5 to 1 inch wood.

I only missed a visible grid for positioning, so I bunt that on using my laser. Other than that a great product 👍

Utilissima soprattutto per chi è alle prime armi nell'uso di una CNC, aiuta a ridurre i possibili danni che potrebbe causare un'errato calcolo della profondità di incisione delle frese. Spoilboard (conosciuta dai più come sacrifical board), è una tavola di MDF da avvitare sopra il piano in alluminio della nostra CNC e, come detto, protegge la parte sottostante. Da ricordare che questi 12 mm che si aggiungono al piano di alluminio riducono l'altezza di lavoro dell'utensile, quindi occhio allo spessore del pezzo da lavorare grezzo, in quanto la fresa non può andare oltre una certa altezza, a meno che non abbiate opportunamente modificato la struttura dell'asse Z per dargli una corsa maggiore. Attenzione anche a non eccedere con la profondità di passata, il piano in MDF lo potete tranquillamente rovinare ma le bussole in metallo che sono avvitate nella parte posteriore, se toccate, possono distruggervi le frese in un batter d'occhio (mi raccomando, occhialini di protezione sono d'obbligo, sempre).

Un panneau de MDF d'excellente qualité équipé des vis noyées et fourni avec les 7 vis et écrous pour le placement sur la table de travail de la CNC.

モノはよいです。 ただ、CNCルーターで、板厚より深く削ることがほとんどなく、小さなものを削るときはダイソーの100mm×100mmサイズの5枚で110円のMDFボードを敷いて使うので、今のところ使う場面がほとんどないです。
