Meister ELITE 180" Semi-Elastic Hand Wraps (Pair)

I am a beginner boxer, learning at home. So, take from my review what you will. I started off with just gloves and noticed that my wrist and knuckles can get sore while I’m still learning the technique and body mechanics. I bought these because they have wraps to increase wrist support and gel padding at the knuckles to reduce the risk of a boxers fracture. But also, that way I can focus on body mechanics and learning the basics safely. I ordered a pair of the ones that have gel and fit like a glove and these purple that are just wraps. They do what they say they do and the other end does have the thumb hole to anchor the wrap. They come with an instruction guide, having a QR code, to teach you how to wrap the wraps. I’ve seen a few notes about the color leaking. It does come with instructions that tell you before you first machine wash them to put them in cold water with a cup of vinegar. It allows them to maintain the color. It also tells you to let them air dry after the first wash to maintain elasticity Overall, this is a basic product that does what it says it would do. I recommend.

Good long handwraps for solid protection for boxing workouts.

In terms of quality control, I think there are some issues which is why I give this four stars. The two things I immediately noticed right out of the box is that the thumb loops are different sizes and that the lengths are slightly different. This bugs me out a bit because I usually like to put the loops around a door handle to help straighten out the wrap but one loop is really big and one loop BARELY fits over the door handle. And in terms of length, maybe I'm just anal but i notice I get more wraps in after my typical wrapping routine on one hand than the other because of the different length. In terms of the material quality, I love these wraps. They're the best feeling wraps I've ever used and wouldn't hesitate to buy them again even considering the quality control issues. Very good elasticity and excellent thickness. Give them a few uses to break-in.

Comfy and great deal for the price the velcro is just on the cheap side and eats at the wraps soft material. 10$ still a solid buy

They are usable and the material seems high quality, but for whatever reason, they make my hands hurt. I think the issue is that they are so thick, they alter the way my hands fit my gloves. I tried to adjust the way I wrap, but I never really figured it out. I've gone back to the non-premium wraps, and those work fine.
