I found this and had doubts, but omg after a year of low carb eating this hit the spot, and despite the other reviews there ARE rolled oats in the ingredients....its not just whey isolate. Runniness varies like any instant oatmeal...the more water/milk you add the less thick it is, duh. If you're a serious no/low carber and/or have sugar concerns this is going to seem delicious to you.

I bought this as a low carb low sugar but high protein source to ass to my yogurt with fruit & chia seeds. I had no idea it was powder. I thought it was oats. Not so bad though honestly. A bit sweet. Im glad that I only used 1/4 of 1 pkg for my yogurt because I also add honey, so really dont need more sweetener. Id buy again.
