Yesterday I received the product and over all product seems good by apperance, but have doubt on the quality of caster wheels which are the main foundation of any executive chair.Rest can be share after some usages.

Main unit damaged after 1 month use .
The most important material the hydraulic unit is built with low quality plastic . It broke after one month of use . I have never seen that hydraulic unit to break in such a less time .Seller acknowledged the damage but did not respond after that . So after sales service is also very bad . I am residing near the sellers area. When the seller cannot provide service to nearby area. How it caters Pan India service is doubtful.

Worst product no response from the marchent
No response from the marchent in the warranty period and quality is not good. My chair has has been bend damaged in the within 6months but no response from the marchent

Not worth for money. This is not recommended. Seating size is very small. You can't slightly bend and fix at that position.

Chair tilted to left side and the seat width is also less, no lock for wheels.
