Q: I have downloaded the app but it won't create an account. It spins and then just stops without creating an account. Any ideas?

Try the following: 1. Restart the phone and reopen the application. 2. Uninstall and then reinstall the application. 3. Enable or disable Bluetooth while you make the account, try both ways. 4. Make sure you have all of the application's requested permissions enabled. One of those should fix the problem.

Q: Will it work with multipul people use this same scale?

Yes it works with any number of people as long as they have the app.

Q: I'm having trouble getting my phone to sync to the scale. Any suggestions?

Make sure your phone is compatible. Did you download the app? Is your bluetooth on? Are the batteries in the scale? Did you follow the directions exactly? If these are all a "yes", then it should only take a few minutes to synch. If you're still having issues, I would call the company. When you weigh yourself, I find it helps to open the app on my phone before I step on the scale. I hope this helps.
