What do I like?… most everything!This unit heats up fast, and most importantly, keeps the oil at the PERFECT temperature though out the cooking process. The included basket is more than ample in size for cooking several pieces of your food of choice at one time.A cinch to clean up with hot soapy water as well, however, I do wish that the cord were just a tad bit longer, but I guess it’s short for safety reasons. Also, the handles could be just a tad bit more securely fitting as there is only one screw holding each of the two handles in place, and even with the screws tightened up all of the way, there is still a tiny bit of “wiggling room”.Other than those two very minor issues, the unit performs flawlessly, and should make a fine addition to any kitchen.
