I visited her a while back and was saddened to see the "diapers" they use there. They were way too big for my thin family member and so bulky. It has tear-apart sides for removal, but a new pair is pull-on only. There are other brands that you can put on and remove without getting undressed; these use velcro strips to fasten a diaper-like panty.
