It works but I think it's for the total n00bs and the more destitute of players. I've been playing a couple years casually without any lessons, but I feel that I have studied well. It doesn't do a thing for me because I'm good with arm motion, posture, angles, etc. It seems well made and for the right person it will probably help. At least I got 2 for the price instead of one for the same if not more money.

For.my wife and I, this was a great purchase. It really helps reenforce arm position and swing unison. I have actually added yards to my play by one club. I’m more consistent after practicing with this device. Not everyone will be as happy I suppose but the price is worth the try.

This is a great product for helping with takeaway and the downswing. My only issue is the material(it can slip). As with any “aid”.....practice practice practice

My husband uses this training band to correct his swing. Sometimes you can know just what you are doing incorrectly, but you need a little help because bad habits are hard to break.

The elastic band and swing inflatable ball may help but the plastic golf swing piece is ridiculous. Too small for my wrist and I’m not a big guy. Made for a 10 year old...

This is a great training aid. It stops your golf swing from being armsy and forces you to rotate your upper body. Needs no book or instruction, just put it on and start swinging the club. It's also very inexpensive, and does the same thing as those expensive models.
