This stuff works, helped me poop. Blended well in my drink couldn’t taste that I added anything. It’s got great ingredients. Will def be buying again to keep me regular

Love this product, wish it was more affordable (especially with it being so high in gluten). Dissolved in my coffee really well, no taste, none of that clumping jello shot stuff in the bottom of the mug like you get with other soluble fibers. Effective; keeps me regular. Sometimes get sharp intestinal pain though, probably from the gluten. Works well otherwise.

Mixes easily ,no grit,no taste,and stays thin as long as you follow directions on serving size. It's a comfortable way to get fiber in without the cramping or discomfort of pills . Dissolves fast and you get a lot for what you pay. My tip is to add it to smoothies, juice or tea or crystal light etc not just plain water. I saw that because years ago I put it in water and tho it dissolves and doesn't have a prominent taste perse you can kinda taste something added when you just drink it with water. If want to.use water put lemon juice with and you're good!!

I bought this cause the Benefiber Fut one I had was recalled. But this one is really good too and does its job. It’s clear, has no smell and has no taste. It’s not gritty like some. Benefiber has always been one of my favorites though cause you don’t get those annoying cramps or bloating. I really do feel better after using this. You can put it anything you want. Even your oatmeal lol

Dissolves as I'd hoped. You can add it to anything without noticing, but I stir it into coffee. No clumping, no gelling. Maybe a few minor granules that don't mix, but otherwise you can't even tell its in there.
