I use them every day both for work (Zoom) and in the evening and weekends when gaming or watching movies or listening to music. I can definitely hear the quality in the evening when I hear sounds being split between phones to indicate the direction/distance of sounds - way better than my previous, very basic speakers. The reason I've given 4 stars for noise cancellation rather than 5 is not that I'm unhappy with this function. I don't want absolute noise cancellation. I want to be able to hear the cat starting to claw the curtains when he is trying to get my attention, and I can just about hear that distinctive noise when I have those on - which I am pleased about.
