J.A Henckels International 4-Piece Paring Knife Set, Multicolor

These are great. Bought another single knife at a henckle store and it went right into my knife block. These are as good, grip well, and hold an edge quite well. Now always have a clean one available in the drawer.

Made in China, poor packaging and damaged.

We started using Hinkle knives many years back. We’ve used other pairing knives but, none compare to Hinkle’s. My mom hates to use any other brands. They are fairly light weight, have a great comfortable handle, are easy to find in the drawer (because of the colorful handles), and stay sharp much longer than any other pairing knives we’ve had. Very well made and last years and an amazing price for the quality! Can’t recommend enough!!

Includes a nice serrated tomato knife and a bird beak pealing knife. This was a gift and was very appreciated. Most paring knives aren't quality, these are.

I have arthritis in my hands and gripping utensils can sometimes be very uncomfortable. I already had a paring knife but it was no longer feeling right in my hand. The grip on these knives works well with my hands. They are very light and very sharp. I like the different shape of the blades. Although the package says dishwasher safe I would never put a knife that's used for food prep in a dishwasher. The banging around against other utensils can ruin the knife edge. I do have other way more expensive Henckel knives as well as Wustoff knives which are made in Germany. The quality is unmistakable. The only disappointment that I have with these knives is that they are manufactured in China. I hope they are as durable as my other knives but for the price they are a good purchase.
