Love the phone-although we were sent the wrong color and no way to exchange for what we ordered... also much lighter weight than I thought it would be . LIZ 🌸🌸🌸Would be great if it rang like the British phones do .

This is the second GPO phone I’ve tried and returned because the buttons don’t work. You can receive calls but not make them! I emailed manufacturer but haven’t heard back. Very disappointing! Still in search of a retro phone that works…

I really liked this phone, looks good, sounds good. exactly what I expected. I returned it twice because it would only allow me to call out maybe once out of 20 tries. Both phones had same problem. Was able to receive calls with no problem, the bell ringer was really cool.

buttons do not work so i can’t dial out. plastic is sorta cheap

Nous avions déjà acheté un tel de cette marque dont nous étions ravi. Ce modèle ci nous l'avons choisi pour offrir. Grosse déception une première fois car la sonnerie est tellement faible qu'on entend rien à l'autre bout de la pièce. Cela peut arriver, donc on demande un échange. Là très rapide ... rien à dire. Mais ultra déçus de recevoir un produit à nouveau avec le même problème technique. De toute évidence la série est défectueuse. Résultat pas de tel et plus de cadeau : la loose ! espérons que le remboursement sera rapide...

Amazon only gives 2 months to return. How ridiculous. This product started misbehaving 3 months after I got it. Worked perfectly fine, then the ringer button started playing up. Sometimes a dial tone, sometimes not. Beware for the price it should work longer than 3 months.
