I had to re order my product from the Amazon storefront of alliance chemical. I previously ordered it directly through them and since then have received no response or confirmation. The money was drafted from my account but I didn’t receive it. I’ve called several times and no one is there to pick up the phone, no one responds to messages, and their customer service robot person thing insists that they have no record of it when I have a bank statement draft. It literally asked me for the bank statement which I then sent and then it said that wasn’t the proper info and that at this point it’s my fault and I have to deal with it through my bank account which is ridiculous because I ordered it directly through them and we got a rep on the phone who made sure that the order was confirmed. Her name is Miranda or Melinda. But of course the company has no knowledge of what we’re talking about. Honestly absolutely ridiculous customer service and yes we ordered it directly through the company so for them to say it’s on me is so unprofessional.
