The Worst Halloween Book in the Whole Entire World (Entire World Books)

A great spooky Halloween read.
If you were looking for a very spooky Halloween book to read on Halloween, this may not be what you’re looking for, but it is funny and you should definitely read it. My nine year-old says she loves the cat and my six-year-old says, “it’s a good book about pumpkins”

Student Recommended!
Some quotes from my first grade students:"The title sounds good.""They're funny!""You never know what happens next!""It's a good book you should definitely buy it!"I absolutely love this one (and all of them)! I love that Jerry Pumpkins makes other appearances and reading them in traditional seasonal/holiday order is so awesome. Students absolutely delight when they see characters they know...specifically Jerry Pumpkins!11/10 would recommend!

Sooo Cute 🎃
My 6yr old grandson looved it! He laughed and laughed through the whole story!! Even I found myself giggle a couple of times!! These are all great stories; love reading them all to him because they make him laugh and smile and want more stories instead of video games!!

Great fun Halloween book. My first grade daughter enjoyed reading it by herself with little help from me. Good job

The BEST WORST books!
Joey Acker has hit it out of the park! Not only do my third grade students LOVE his dry sense of humor and these silly stories, but they've begun mimicking Acker's writing style! What a JOY to watch my students' love for writing grow because of GREAT authors like Joey Acker! Pick up the whole series TODAY!

It's pretty bad (in a good way)
This may ACTUALLY be the worst Halloween book in the whole entire world...but it was funny. And it made me laugh out loud. And I read it again. Any book that brings me back for a second read—just because I liked it—is a winner!

Simplistic but entertaining
T.W.H.B.I.T.W.E.W. 's main character, Nameless the rock, has quite the knack for being sarcastic! He starts off breaking the 4th wall and is quite exasperated that we're continuing to read this book.... Clearly, we didn't heed his empassioned warnings! He goes on to explain exactly why this book was terrible.... from a lack of trick or treating to giant cats...it's filled with twists and turns that make for an entertaining time.Quite a short book so very well suited and adapted for an eReader. I'm used to reading physical books with Rai but was fun to use my iPad to swipe through the pages with him! Drawings are quite simplistic but effective- while adults may find them mundane, kids are well entertained!Happy reading everyone!
