This stuff is great - we are not body builders, just wanted to up our protein intake. One scoop of Per4m powder and couple of scoops of frozen berries = delicious smoothie. Smooth texture (not powdery like some others ) and no horrible after taste. And much lower in calories compared to some of the bigger brands.

To say how great the reviews are for Per4m and this being the first time of me purchasing this whey I was really let down with the flavour. The prise isn’t cheap so I was hoping it would deliver better standards. I wouldn’t buy this flavour again.

really nice protein powder Was worried it wouldn't be nice as I havent heard of this brand but needent of as it tastes amazing I got the blueberry flavour Not overly sweet just right And when mixed with milk tastes delicious :)

I’ve tried a few different protein powders and found that this brand are the best! They blend into smoothies and mix into oats really well. 100% recommend!

I've tried no end of protein powders and I've actually tried quite a few of the Per4m flavours (all from the main Per4m website), but this was the 1st purchase via Amazon as I had a voucher. The seal of the tub was broken (but the wrapper around the lid was still intact). When mixing with milk or water, the whey separates after around 20-30 minutes. Almost like it's gone bad. Assume it was tampered with or it's a bad batch. Avoid.
