This is a good quality fine Egg White Powder and worked in the recipe I used to make a gluten free / low carb flour.

TOO SALTY
Mixes ok but all I could taste was salt. Having hypertension I don't want to drink my daily allowance of salt in 1 serving! I love raw eggs whisked with milk so I'll probably go back to that.

Good for keto.
I've been buying this product, by different makers for 2 years now and it makes wonderful PSMF bread. I have to say though, I can't understand why the price has more than DOUBLED in that time. Is it a case of manufacturers jumping on the keto bandwagon or are they spending too much on packaging? Yes, you see correctly, I ordered 1kg and received FOUR 250g bags??? This isn't the first time either, hence the review.

I’m on a low carb/ low sugar diet and found this product very handy for using in my recipes like baking. Unfortunately found it difficult to buy in health shops in town, then tried Amazon and found it! Result!
