I like that it strengthens immunity and is not a hybrid herb. I mix this with sarsparilla powder and encapsulate them for my family to take daily to build their immunity. Especially during this pandemic.

I was using Heliocare and decided to look up the powdered form of the fern b/c I like to put a bunch of powdered whole food into my after workout shake in lieu of taking a bunch of pills in gross caps. This works. It doesn't taste good of course but none of the supplements do when they are in a protein shake. You just suck it up. I am very white and I have highly reactive skin that burns easily so this stuff is a must. My dermatologist recommended Heliocare which led me to this product. You could buy cheap caps and make your own pills if you wanted.

I know its a powder but to put in coffee or tea I chocked it was so dry and I only use 1/8 tsp at a time. But now I put it on a small pieces of food and that no longer happens.

I use this to encapsulate and save a few bucks. High quality stuff.I take this every day for additional sun protection along with astaxanthin. Have had no adverse side effects.Recommend.
