This is a great sun shirt. The mask is inside the hood and is a little tighter than I would like, but it's ventilated for your nose and mouth. It's very comfortable and fit as expected. It has vented fabric under the arms, so it's even cooler than its light weight would suggest. The thumb loops are great for keeping the shirt tucked into gloves, but they're a little less comfortable than a stitched hole in the sleeve.If you're looking for the most breathable sun shirt, this is it.

I don't like the feeling of sticky sun screen so I like to wear long sleeve shirts instead. And what's great about this shirt is it has a hood to protect my head. The thin material makes it comfortable in the summer, as opposed to a thick cotton shirt. Very stretchy and soft, no resistance to any movement whatsoever. It does dry fast if you're in a dry climate, but it also gets wet fast if it starts raining.The face gaiter has a mesh fabric over the mouth and nose area, which makes it easy to breath, and may protect you from the sun, but it's not like a face mask where it protects agains airborne particles. The same mesh fabric is also on the sides under the arms that make it breathable.The face/neck gaiter is also not shaped in any way so it might feel a little tight around the face if you're wearing it long term. For me it smushes my nose so I don't really use it. I mainly use the hood to protect my ears and neck and wear a hat over it to protect my face from the sun. But the face gaiter is great to have for annoying mosquitoes.The fabric is pretty thin so this white color, especially when wet, will expose your body, in case any of you out there are particular about your image when the shirt is wet. Which brings me to a little hack in dry climates, and dry climates only, if it's hot outside, soak the entire shirt with water and wring out the excess then wear it.This process will keep you cool as the water evaporates, and just keep a spray bottle around and keep wetting the shirt to keep you cool. This shirt is the perfect material to do this. It's the same concept as an evaporative cooler so this only works in dry climates, in humid areas not so much.Although I don't use it often, I like the little strip of material that goes over your thumb so the sleeves don't ride up your arm. It's a nice option to have, but it also doesn't get in the way if you don't want to use it.Pretty easy to clean, I came across some engine grease and stained part of the sleeve, I just dabbed some laundry detergent on the greased area before putting it in the wash and it came right off. I chose white because it stays the coolest, as opposed to dark colors that absorb heat. Overall if I'm going to be out in the sun this is my go to shirt! Definitely recommend.

Winner. Love this shirt. I've recently discovered fishing and desperately needed a light weight, breathable, and sun protecting shirt to wear when I'm out all day. This is it! I love the color of the one I got, and the selection was good as well. Size was perfect, and it's very comfortable. Great value for the money and I liked it so much that my husband also bought one.
