Very high quality
In the past I tried a couple of other brands of folate with b12 and just did not experience the positive changes that I expected. With Vimergy after the second day I noticed a tremendous change in my energy as well as my sleep quality also improved. This brand cost more but in my opinion it is definitely worth it. Highly recommend 5stars plus!!
