Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have a pair of blue light blocking glasses for work, but they are a heavier frame, so I ordered these for evening screen time at home since they looked like much lighter frames. I usually have insomnia so I wanted them to help reduce insomnia by blocking out the blue light.My friend who does ophthalmology studies said we should NOT wear the blue light blocking glasses all day, only in the evening. This is because you need some blue light early in the day for normal circadian rhythm. The blue light interrupts the bodies ability to produce melatonin, so that’s why you want to block it in the evening since that’s when you want your body to make melatonin to get ready to sleep.And so I have tried these glasses for a week so far and already noticed I have been sleeping a lot better. They come with a blue light tester, so you can actually see the shiny lenses in action, blocking the blue light.They frames are stylish, lightweight and comfortable ... I sometimes even forget I have them on. Additionally, I like how there are 5 different colors so I can coordinate with my outfits. There are 2 tortoise shells (one is warm toned & the other is cool toned), a classic solid black, transparent light blue, and clear. The frame is a geek chic style, not super large but large enough for my big brown eyes. I’m very happy with them, because these were a great price & more importantly, they *worked for me.

Got these in a giveaway and they're really nice! They're stylish and get the job done. I'm gonna be wearing them a lot with school going online so I highly recommend them to students in a similar position.

I just love these glasses! Exactly what I wanted. Perfect lens size, lightweight, well-made, comfortable to wear, easy to see with, nice hinged sides, and a few fun little things thrown in with the box of glasses. Like a cute little light thing that attaches to your keychain and a cleaning cloth. Just wonderful! Will likely order more. Oh yes—and they are blue light blocking as well!

I love these lightweight comfortable reader glasses. They are great at blocking blue light (check out the picture I shared) and they are cost effective. My husband and I can share the same readers and they look great on both of us! I love that I got five pair for less than $18 and tbh I love the different styles. I can wear what my outfits and moods demand. I don’t have to be stuck with the same old pair. If you like fashion eyewear, you can get so many different “looks” from these. 5 outta 5 for sure! For practical folks, they also send a cleaning cloth and each pair comes in a plastic sleeve for protection.

These are really cute glasses that filter the blue light. I wear prescription glasses, so I had to use my contacts with these. I ordered 0.0 for the reader strength so that I could wear with my contacts. The glasses are lightweight and pretty comfortable. The only thing I noticed was there seemed to be a little strength even though I ordered 0.0. That could be the coating. My husband wears readers so I may order a pair for him to try. They have a LOT of good designs to choose from. My favorite were the clear frames, I’ve been wanting to try some. I posted some pictures of the way the box arrived. The box was intact, all but one pair of glasses was in a little clear envelope, and it arrived with the blue light tester. I definitely recommend trying these! 👓
