I thought it was hilarious when I saw the little R and L on the toes of these socks. But after wearing them, I will not wear "generic' socks any more. It really makes a difference to my old toes, to have the sock fit the shape of my foot all the way to the tips of my toes. These Falke socks are made of very soft breathable material, no strings hanging inside, they do not bunch up, and they do not constrict my ankles. My only wish is that this style came in some more jazzy colors. I compensate by wearing jazzy clogs when I wear my socks. If you have issues with swelling ankles, these are perfect. If you cannot stand having your sock bunch up and cramp your toes inside your clogs or boots, these socks are the answer.

Love, love, love these socks!!!!! I was visiting Europe this past Spring and it was colder than I had anticipated. We decided a visit to Harrod's was in order. I found these in the hosiery department. They were a bit expensive but to be honest they were one of the lowest price pair of socks I could find there that met my needs. I wanted ankle length black. I am so glad I purchased them. For a thin pair of socks they were warm and very comfortable. I wanted to wash them every night to wear every day. Once I got home I felt the same way so I decided I just had to see if I could purchase more. Luckily I found them on Amazon so I purchased two more pair. I wear them with leggings and the cross over from the bottom of the legging to the sock is almost invisible. They are so comfortable and don't shrink when washed. After 6 months my first pair still fit like new. I wear them for exercise class and also for every day. Because they are thin I can wear them with almost any shoe. They were expensive but oh so worth it!

Bought several pairs all developed holes in the heels within 1 month of the start of wearing. Can not even blame rough heels as they are worn over compression stockings. Had some in the past that lasted about 3 months. Whatever has changed is not good. Don't buy unless you like buying expensive socks over and over again.

I cannot believe how many good ratings these socks have. They are not soft. They stretch out and become baggy. They are just cheap cotton socks and am shocked I paid 8$ for this crap. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO THE DOLLAR TREE INSTEAD.

Have tried many socks made today pretending not to have irritating qualities only to find their seems hurt, they fit lousy and they fall down. Not these! Deliciously soft, perfect fit and marked R and L on the top of the toe box. Bliss! oxoxo

The top band is very comfortable. Inside is smooth and the band is woven not clinging. Paid $15. Next day they were. $8.

I like the feel of them, and they are very good quality. I find myself reaching for them first in my sock drawer. They fit very nicely. I'm ordering more pairs.

Fits and feels great

My wife and I usually avoid buying goods from the hostile EU due to the very hostile way they have treated the UK. However these socks are very good quality and for personal use. Seamless and last well after continuous washing at 30º. Expensive but worth it for the comfort and quality.

I was really keen to try these socks as I only use Falke but of all the new ranges I ordered this was the one I was really disappointed with. It seemed to have little elastic in them so felt baggy around my leg, the fit didn’t feel right, nor the fabric. I’ve only worn them once, swapped to the Berlin style and stuck with them or the Multipack Cotton touch (which are much thinner texture).

I’m happy with these socks a they are really soft and if a nice quality.

High quality and comfortable.

I love these socks don’t fall down but don’t mark my calves either.
