A: VFM is a tremolo.  Hfm is not

A: Same on 311H. Probably has something to do with push-pull mechanism in tone knob.

**Q: What are the frets made out of stainless steel or a nickel compound?**
A: The fretwire is nickel.

**Q: Is this a japan import?**
A: It is made in Indonesia, but it is one heck of a guitar. I totally love this one, doesn’t really matter where it’s made from, it just sounds really good
