Very Pleased
I took a huge chance with some of the reviews being so negative, I almost backed out of buying this one, but the price was what sold me. I am not disappointed at all. It arrived a day before it was supposed to. The milling was great and smooth. It is stainless steel, It came with 2 extra gaskets, but the one on it was new. I didn't buy it to stuff sausage, I bought for dough, I bought the churro attachments separate I still saved a whole lot of money doing it this way. the attachments worked great on this machine. This is a heavy work horse of a machine. I use a very stiff dough it held up great. I made a whole lot of product in a short time which is amazing. The 5L was more than enough room I got tired of making dough before I ran out of room in the machine. The handle is not attached to the machine, I was very concerned about this, but no longer it is so I could take it off and move it for better leverage for my very strong stiff dough, which made it work so much better when I figured it out. The clear instructions were included, not that I read them, because I was so excited to use the machine. It was well packaged it did however have a few scratches where the hopper fits inside the base but it is snug to the base but this is ok for me because it doesn't move at all it is a great fit which is what i need. It does come in and out with ease though. I am very happy with this purchase.

Rust, watch for sharp edges, great value and well built.
Late arrival, opened the box to find rust on the handle, everything else seems ok because it’s all stainless steel. Product is a great value but I can say make sure you check everything out closely, there was sharp bits of metal inside the threads of the spout. The edges of the side pieces are very sharp so watch youngsters if your going to let them help with making stuff. The gasket that came on the press was already rolled over so I have to use a new one already, luckily they ship extras with it. I have not used it yet but it looks very well built and sturdy, here’s to getting allot of use out of it.

Great stuffer
Holds about 7-10 pounds of ground meat. I bagged about 120 pounds of venison mixed with ground beef and it worked great. Would have went with the larger models but they more expensive, take up more space and are more to clean so I'm happy with this one even though you have to refill it more often. Highly recommend.

It's sturdy
I haven't had a chance to use this product yet but it does seem to be very sturdy and I am sure it will do the job. However, it was advertised that the base is non-slip, and provides stability. This is not true. Even though the pictures show there are non-skid pads on the unit there are none. This is unfortunate since it will most likely slide around on a slick surface

Gears Slipping, Honest & Fair review
In short if you dont want to read this long review, this machine is the epitomy of cheap Chinese machining, all moving parts have too much play in them, and couldn't even make sausage 1 time even new out of the box.I bought this because it had ok reviews and was cheapest on Amazon for 5L stuffer. However it has very poor craftsman ship everywhere the meat cup holder has metal burrs inside the cup from were the welds on the outside of the cup are, which in turn creats resistance and is cutting the plungers gasket. However worst part is i couldn't even use it one time to stuff sausages due to the fact the gears were slipping with minimal resistance, that are supposed to push the plunger down to push out the meat. I took the machine apart to figure out the problem and it is the solid matel casting the holds all the gears together. The teeth are not fully engaged into one another on the gears, and also allows side to movement, so when there is resistance instead of pushing the sausage out, the gears push out of each other and slide over the top of each other, which is why it sounded like metal gears grinding because they actually are doing just that... Save ur money spend alil more i returned and bought a hakka stuffer. Same exact design night and day quality difference the cup is virtually smooth no metal burrs inside allows air tight seal, and the gears are super smooth. Only cost me $60 more, but this company also makes it very hard to return this machine ao save urself the headache.
