I picked these up to help with some wrist pain I had been dealing with during workouts, and they have done a decent job at it. The adjustable strap system makes it easy to dial in the right level of compression without having to fuss with complicated sizing, and the Velcro holds firm throughout a full session. They slip on quickly and stay in place, which is more than I can say for some other wraps I have tried. The elastic material is flexible enough that you are not losing all range of motion, but firm enough that you actually feel supported. I have been using them for light to moderate weightlifting and for repetitive tasks at my desk, and in both situations they reduce the strain noticeably. The black color is clean and does not look bulky under clothing. The one thing I will mention is that wearing them for several hours straight can get a bit warm and the edge of the wrap can press a little uncomfortably after extended use. They are best for active use or flare-up situations rather than all-day wear. For the price and quantity, though, it is hard to complain. Getting two braces in one pack is genuinely useful, and they wash and dry without losing their shape.

Did exactly what it said I would do. It was comfortable and provided the support I needed, enough. I only wore it for a week or two after a fall so I can’t speak to how sturdy it was, but it seemed adequate. I strained something and just needed a little extra support.

These are good products, however, they were way too big for my small wrists. I could't get the velcro tight enough to do any good, as they just kept slipping off. Therefore, I had to return them. For regular wrists, I am sure you'd get the support you need. Just be careful with the size when you order. They seem to run on the larger side.

I find these wrist braces to be exactly what I need. They are NOT for those with a larger wrist measurement. My wrist is 7.5" and this size is just adequate. They do NOT provide support for the thumb joint. NOT for heavy-duty use. I bought them for wrist sprains and did not want the extra thumb support. They are well made and I find them very adequate for my needs.
