I usually only add a spoonful to a smoothie of banana blueberry strawberry and almond milk and this last me about three months. You can add this to anything. I'm about to make my third order. I highly recommend it in terms of quality. It's a bit pricey but might as well stick to quality if you're trying a healthy life style.
