The bike is great but the doll seat at the back with a doll in it rubs on the trye

Italian Company. Faulty parts may be difficult to replace or delayed.
One vital part arrived faulty. Initial response from company very good but promised replacement part not received after one week. Very disappointing as this was a birthday present for grandchild and unusable without part.Part still not received after a further week. Not up to usual standard of Amazon suppliers.Will take note of above headline in future.Part arrived from Italy 2 weeks after first review.

My granddaughter loved her bike, the doll seat is a bit flimsy and she managed to break it fairly quickly but other than that she loves it.
