This stuff really has helped my sinuses with dryness and swelling. Burns just a tinge at first, but you get used to it.

Excellent product. Burns a lot but really helped me breathe! Really opens your sinuses.

Didn't seem to help the fungal sinus infection I had, although it claims to be anti fungal.
