Hello, Edifier is a Chinese Manufacture so these images are directly from their HQ. All of our speakers are the UK versions if they are different.

Check the phase is correct, if it is wrong then the sub-woofer will be time-matched with the other speakers and you'll get a reduction in bass due to noise cancelling. The best way to get this right is put on some music with some heavy bass, turn the frequency on the bass to cover as much bandwidth as possible and the volume at a reasonable level and then toggle the phase switch to see which phase produces the better bass volume. After that it is really down to taste - both your ears and the sort of music you listen to. I have the frequency open about 9/10 of full bandwidth. The volume is the next most important thing after the phase, it must be loud enough it complements any other sub-woofers and woofers you have, but not so loud the bass becomes omnidirectional. The main thing with a big bass like the T5 is that it gives exceptionally clear texture where lesser speakers just give noise
