Are colors the same as picture? Description doesn’t seem to match

Gold does not look like it does in the product photos - see customer photos. It's more of a matte camouflage gold color, no sheen whatsoever. Mine was half brown.

The ring is just a half size to big, there is a card that says we can get a new size but no contact info,whats the contact info for ring size replace?
