Okay, the product itself is quite nice and came very well packaged. I was a bit disappointed by the shipping notice when nothing had actually been shipped. It required initiating a pseudo complaint on my end to get a response that after two weeks the product had finally arrived at the warehouse, a bit strange since it had been marked as shipped 10 days earlier. Anyway, things finally worked out, but I would suggest staying on top of any order placed and make sure you don't have someone waiting since you can't plan based on the shipping info they provide.Now the sink itself is very nice with a beautiful finish. The packaging could probably survive a direct hit from a truck ;-)

This sink is beautifully made. The porcelain has absolutely no finish flaws and the product as whole looks like I've spent more than I actually did. However, the only thing I wish was shown that wasn't, is the fact that the back isn't flat. There is a recess on each side of the overflow drainage where I'm sure it's going to be difficult to mount onto a counter first and then 'a pain in the you know what' to clean around.

Product is as advertised. The installation book had gotten damp and is stuck together, can't read. I emailed the vendor, and was advised they would get one or copy one and get to me.Look at order date. The sink is in the floor waiting.

Great product. The finish is perfect and the packing was insain! Make sure you get a drain that will accommodate the overflow. I didn't and have to get a new one.
