I just built a 2 meter VHF J pole Base Antenna and I need to tune it what type meter do I use?

Does it come with a Jumper Cable?

No you dont have to leave inline.

Does it read power of SSB?

Yes and no... It only reads peak power and as a fluctuations of audio peaks. Usually used to set power in am or CW for measuring beer...
