Super book for teen girls with autism who are about ...
Super book for teen girls with autism who are about to or have started periods and use ir will use public loos alone. Clear language and images. Just felt it could do with tweaking as a mum of kids with asd... author says girls/ladies talk in the toilet queue...not entirley sure, but felt there should there be some don'ts written in?Don't like to criticise authors work, a lot of worj has gone into this book. It is a great book, but as with all of these books we have to read alone and think before we read to our charges.Schools could invest in this book too. Even if it helps them to think about the appropruate asd language that they use with our children.

Very good book
Very helpful little book for my daughter who is 11. The language and illustrations are no nonsense but also non-threatening. I think the author is British so a few of the words caused some confusion but overall very good. My daughter also found What's Going On With Ellie very helpful and gave her some words with which to discuss her questions and concerns. Both very helpful books.
