I found out after purchase that the preferred way for the stars to show is the tip of the star up. I wouldn't think it would make a difference, by my group says it does. So, I ended up not using these patches. The iron on feature is ok, but you will want to sew them on to ensure they will not peel off after several washings.

It did the job!
I got this patch for a Halloween costume in 2010 as a parody. I wouldn't wear this patch for much else as I'm NOT of the Grand ol' Party - let me be clear - lol. It did just fine so kudos!
