Ok this gum is so interesting! I helps calm you without making you sleepy. **Update**I used to chew gum while studying and then chew the same gum during the exams. This time I used this to study and took them during at exam. My grades improved! Idk if it's a placebo or not, but I don't want to know. It worked and that's all that matters to me.I am in Nursing School, my last year, and as a student I've been having a lot of stress. A few break downs. Test anxiety. The works. I am trying to find something to help take the edge off. I get to the point where I can't focus because I have so much stress and anxiety. I will read a question five times because my brain is blocking it out. I want to use this as a study aid and exam aid. Just calming down.I will update this in November 2024, I want to give it a month to see if it impacts my grades at all. I know it won't directly impact them, I'm meaning if I have any improvement. I thought I am buying the gum version since the title said Neurogum. Besides that, they have a super powerful rose fragrance and after taste. Not sure why since it’s suppose to be honey. I am going to stick with the mint gum version, even though its not ‘calming’ because I just can’t stand this flavor.
