The media could not be loaded. We recently added a wall to separate our rooms. And added a fire place. And it was easy to install. The perfect length and good quality. It looks great. It gives off heat and changes color.

Instead of paying an exorbitant $10k to have a traditional fireplace installed by our builder, we opted for this electric fireplace at a fraction of the cost. It was a perfect fit for our travel trailer, right now we are using it for the ambient light, but can’t wait to be able to use it this winter to help lower our propane bill. Is absolutely gorgeous and super easy to install.

Installed easily by electrician. Arrived intact. For minimal colors this is a fun family-room unit. Heat came on right away.Only criticism is wall fasteners should be more heavy duty and are being replaced. Remote worked well with fresh batteries.

Looks absolutely stunning. Definitely on the heavier side. Didn’t use the heat option often, but when I did, it worked perfectly. It’s usually the first thing noticed in my house when someone walks in.

The one we have makes noise. I'd say they all make a breathing noise, and I'm not talking about the fan for the heater, I'm talking about the mechanism that produces the flames. The noise is kind of a grinding / rattling sound, and it didn't start right away. Maybe 48 hours of use in. It then went a away for a while, but now it is back. Not a loud as before, but still... Outside of that, for the price, it looks good and was very easy to install. I will note that the two screws you have to remove to get the glass off are a bit hard to access. Unfortunately I built my cabinet around this unit, so if I have to go to a different manufacturers model I have concerns about recess box size... We'll see.UPDATE:The unit we have makes such a loud noise now the it is unusable. The remote also stopped working. The units touch interface still works, but what's the point because the unit is now too loud to use.The customer service appears to be ok at first. Now, I'm just in a perpetual loop of sending video files to weird email address and a persistent request for my information. I'm beginning to wonder if this seller is just out here collecting information to sell or something... Oh, they also made the "motor option" as well. I'm sorry, it's just not ok.Don't expect to be able to return the item either, it doesn't fall under the normal Amazon return policy.So, what I need is a new unit, and no more run around.
