The Chapstick arrived sealed so it was obviously new however the twisty ring on the bottom of the tube that makes the product go up and down didn't work so I couldn't use it. This has never happened before with any of the chapsticks I've purchased previously so I guess it's just a manufacturing fault. I would love either a refund or a new product to be sent out to me if that would be possible.

Purchase this as a stocking stuffer for my husband who loves cotton candy flavored anything he has used it a lot and he really likes. It says it’s good for his lips and it smells and taste good.

Expensive IMO but man it tastes amazing. If you want to have soft lips and yummy kisses. This is it!

My favorite chapstick scent. The only time I can find this is during the summer in a 3 pack that I don't use the other two. Always comes in the pack and works great.
